spooky spaces decor {from JoAnn}

The following is a sponsored post as part of Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores® Celebrate the Season campaign. All opinions are my own.

Halloween is right around the corner! My kids have already been wearing their costumes around the house in anticipation of all the festivities coming up. I wanted to feel as festive as my kids, so I decided to get going with some new Halloween decor. With a little help from Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft, I set out to create a spooky space in my home.

Have you visited the Halloween section of Jo-Ann yet this season? They have some really fun, festive decor. Here are just a few of the things I picked up.

I love this tablecloth I found. I decided to use it as a runner on my console table to set up my spooky space.

I spread out my "spider web" with spiders on top of tablecloth and arranged the rest of my decor all over the surface. This is a fun way to dress up any small area where you want to add some holiday flare. You can switch out any items and rearrange throughout the season as you wish.

Pretty spooky, right? Take a closer look at some of these fun items I found. I absolutely love these potion bottles. Not only do they add spook, but also whimsy.

And if the potion bottles weren't spooky enough, I added a skeleton head in for good measure.

What would a spooky space be without a cute wood word that actually labels it as such...

And spiders are definitely spooky! That pumpkin above was plain white but I decided to add some gold glitter...everything is a little better with some glitter on it.

I hope you have some fun creating a spooky space in your own home! Just in case you need a little help, I have a Jo-Ann coupon to share with you to get you started. Be sure to visit the Jo-Ann site for more spooktacular ideas!

Wow, neat stuff! We don't have a Jo Ann's here anymore, it Is probably a good thing! I would be spending too much money!
Blessings,
